A Medicine Ball Workout Releases Built Up Tension

Feeling a little stressed out these days? Looking to release some built up tension? Instead of drinking your way out of your stress why not try to put in some exercise? Take a medicine ball and throw it. Throw it against a wall. Throw it to a workout partner. Throw it at a medicine ball rebounder or just slam it against the floor. And I mean slam it. Just hold the ball over your head, feel the stretch in your abs, and as you begin the throw the ball down to the floor, engage your abdominals. Now slam the ball straight down onto the floor. The Ultimate Garden Gift; a Garden Shed

Two years ago my wife gave me what I think has been the best gift I have ever received even though I had to put it together and install it; a garden shed. This little shed has been a godsend since before I got it; my garden area was a mess! I had a small area in the garage for all my tools but there was not enough room for the larger items like my wheelbarrow and lawn mower that sat outside underneath a tarp that did an okay job at protecting them but water and wind did get in from time to time.
